Danny is a personal trainer with over 20 years experience working and helping clients from all different walk of life from the retired who may have a back condition to professional golfers who what to improve their conditioning to support their game

As a personal trainer Danny specialises in Corrective exercise, functional movement and golf fitness/conditioning he prides himself on keeping up to date on the current fitness trends and also always working on improving his knowledge to improve as a personal trainer. Danny is currently qualified through the CHEK Institute (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kenesiology) as a level 1 practitioner, FMS (Functional Movement System) certified level 1 & 2, TPI (Titliest Performance Institute) Level 1. Danny is also registered on the REPS register (Register of exercise professionals) as a level 3 personal trainer.

Danny runs his business from an exclusive personal training studio in Beckenham south east London called Define Fitness. It is a fully equipped fitness studio with all up to date fitness equipment including cardio equipment such as LifeFitness treadmills, Concept 2 rowing machines, static bikes and cross trainers. Other equipment includes dual adjustable cable machine, squat rack, a good range of dumbells and kettle bells along with TRX straps and cross fit bands.
